The Snyder Family Foundation was founded in 2019 by Mike and Alison Snyder after recognizing a need for strong support and funding to education and their community. Combining their backgrounds in aerospace and business operations, the Snyders had already designed and led successful internship programs. They decided to take this project a step further by establishing a non-profit that will help grow future leaders and give back to the world around them.
A dedicated drive to encourage students, educators and the arts, fuels the Snyders’ mission to continuously expand and support new individuals and organizations.
Education
Providing education both on and off school campuses plays a vital role in developing young minds. We seek out ways to support hands-on learning opportunities across the country that challenge and grow our country’s future leaders.
Community
Our local reach is a big motivator as it influences our own children and their immediate world. We believe in raising well-rounded individuals who grow up exploring arts, cultures, and leadership opportunities around them. While technology has redefined “community” from geographical locale to anywhere individuals can share interests, The Snyder Family Foundation is proud to support local endeavors in Jacksonville, Florida.
